Shipping and processing times

For orders of replacement tubes, creams and lotions or spares, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days of order confirmation.

Please note that there is a 24-48 hour processing time for the orders of these products.

For orders of sunbeds, please note that there is a 10 day processing time once the order has been confirmed. This is when we roll out an inspection and install your chosen lamps into the sunbed and prepare it for shipment.

Once the sunbed is ready you can expect it to arrive in 3-5 working days.

Tracking your orders

Once we've prepared your order and it has been dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking link. If your order has been marked as 'shipped' but you didn't receive this link, please let us know and we'll get it to you in no time.

Shipping fees

The rates for national deliveries are charged based on their weight. Review the rates below:

For tubes, spares and creams

0-3kg : R129
3-6kg : R161
6-10kg : R215
10-20kg : R269
20kg+ : R323

For sunbeds

For sunbeds under 100kg we charge a flat fee of R2,794, which includes the protective packaging, handling fees and courier fees.

For beds over 100kg we charge a flat fee of R6,995, also including the protective packaging, handling fees and courier fees.
