Refund policy

For Tubes, spares, creams and lotions

Within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel please notify us of any damages or discrepancies. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@suntan.co.za. If your return is accepted, please notify us of the receipt of the return shipping and we will dispatch replacement items immediately. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For Sunbeds

If within five days of receipt of the sunbed, you - the customer - believe that the bed does not meet the type or quality that you reasonably expected, you may request a full refund. 

If the request is due to the sunbed arriving damaged or due to a quality issue then the full purchase price will be refunded and Suntan and Collagen Systems will arrange for the collection of the bed.

The customer will be responsible to re-package the bed in packaging that will minimise any risk of damage during transit. If this is not done any resultant damage on return will be offset against the refund amount due.

If the bed supplies is as advertised with no defects then any refund request within five days of receipt will be honoured subject to the refund for being for the settling of the price for the bed only. All freight costs will be the account of the customer. A full refund will be provided on receipt of the bed in as new condition.
