To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For national delivery of up to 3kgs you can expect a shipping charge of R99.

For deliveries of 3-6kgs you can expect a shipping charge of R149.

Please note that for orders of creams, spares and tubes there is a 24-48 hour processing time, after which you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days.
